Print out agreement form
Please print out our agreement form, fill it out, sign it and send it back to us.
Your company center will be activated
Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) our customer service will get back to informing you about the activation of your company center so that you can modify and activate your adverts.

Please print out our agreement form and our checklist. Fill out the agreement form, sign it and fax it back to us.
Send us text and picture material
In order to set up your adverts we need text and picture material or alternatively a professional PDF advert. Go through our checklist and e-mail the requested data to client@hotelcareer.com.
Your advert will be set up
Without additional costs our customer service will set up your adverts according to our layout possibilities. For further details our customer service will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Flexible administration with your own login
You will receive your individual user name and password to access the secured user section. Within your company center you can then administer your advert on your own.

Your contract will not be renewed automatically. Before your contract expires your customer service agent will contact you again.
Once you are signing a new contract to publish adverts on our job board you will have access to all adverts you have previously published through our job board. All templates are saved in your company center and they are available for future postings. If required adverts can be modified or completely renewed.
